Our services don’t start and end with the shredding process, however. If you have an ongoing service with us, you will be provided with a 240 litre wheelie bin with a lock. This bin, where you will store documents waiting to be shredded, can only be opened by a Shred On Site Customer Service Operator. Someone in your business can have a key, and you will have complete control over who has that key and when it will be used. We offer regular weekly, fortnightly, monthly or at call services. We also have a range of bin sizes and will work with you to meet your shredding needs. No matter which type of service you have, once the shredding is complete, you will be issued a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
Office or Archive Box Clean Out
Is your business moving? Do you have piles of old documents taking up valuable space in your basement? If you need an office clean out, we can help. Don’t worry if your documents aren’t in boxes; we will bring our 240 litre shredding bins right to your office. You simply put your unwanted documents in the bin, and we shred them on site.
We can also help you clean out your archive boxes. If you no longer need these confidential documents for business purposes and you no longer need to hold on to them because of statutory requirements, then it is time for an archive box clean out. Once again, our mobile shredding truck will come to you and destroy your documents on site. You can reuse your archive boxes, or let us recycle them along with your shredded documents. As with our other services, you will be provided with a Certificate of Destruction when the job is finished.
