2. Getting Ready

We suggest that 4 to 6 weeks out from your move, you place lockable security bins at convenient locations around your office. As staff prepare for the move by cleaning up, sorting and organising the files and documents that will be kept, they can easily place those documents to be discarded into the secure bins.

3. Fortnightly Plan

You and your staff will receive regular reminders and check-ins so that everyone is on the same page. Our fortnightly plan ensures your business will be fully prepared for document shredding and paper recycling related to the upcoming move.

4. As the Move Approaches

Two weeks before the move, your shredding bins or consoles will be emptied and subjected to a security shred.

5. The Day of the Move
