To start with, I entered details online and received a prompt response to my request for a quote to securely shred our documents, which filled a large wheelie bin. Appointment date set and timeslot was notified two days in advance of pickup. Polite and friendly driver of on-site shredding truck arrived within booked time slot. Within about 10 minutes the job was completed. Paid the driver with credit card. Happy with that!

They came at the appointed time, helped load the documents into their truck and showed us how to watch their demise on the television monitor. It certainly boosts one's confidence into the confidentiality to see them actually shredded.
