Great customer service, very helpful with instructions on how to get there, and how to get in touch. On arrival I was met at the car with a security lock bin, was helped with the transferring of documents to the bin, then settled the account right there and then and an invoice emailed upon payment. Andrew was fantastic to deal with — quick, friendly and very professional.

The 'Shred on Site' service was exceptional - quite as promised. The driver (Andrew) was well within the scheduled arrival time and a pleasure to deal with. Four 45 litre crates of ready to shred, highly confidential documents tipped into a 240 litre bin and then straight to the truck for immediate shedding. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. When required in the future I will use ''Shred on Site' again without any hesitation!

Very impressed with the service. Was kept up to date by text re the arrival time of the person. They arrived on time and did my shredding quickly and efficiently. I misjudged the amount of shredding I had; it was less but they only charged me for what was actually shredded on the day. Andrew was excellent apart from his jokes!! Happy to recommend them to other users. Excellent service.
